Who operates the site
MeasureMosaic is operated in Brazil under the Mandacaru Games brand by an individual responsible for processing related to the site. The brands are not separate legal entities.
For questions, privacy requests or rights, use Privacy contact. Send only what is necessary; do not send project measurements, budgets, identity documents, addresses, banking details or sensitive personal data without confirmation of a suitable channel.
How the calculators work
Measurements, options, local labels, lists and results are processed in your browser and remain in the tab memory until cleared, reloaded or closed. Input values and calculator results are not sent to Google Analytics or AdSense.
Technical data needed to deliver the site
The hosting/CDN provider may process IP address, date and time, requested URL, browser, user-agent and security logs to deliver, protect and diagnose the site. Logs are retained as necessary for delivery, security, abuse prevention and diagnosis under provider settings and terms. Infrastructure providers and Google may process data in other countries under applicable contractual and legal mechanisms.
Google Analytics 4 — optional
Analytics is optional. Before opt-in, no GA tag, GA4 request or GA4 cookie is created. After opt-in, our instrumentation sends only controlled route/calculator identifiers, locale and enumerated states; Google may receive IP address, cookie identifiers and browser/device technical data. Enhanced Measurement is ON and may record page views, first visits, session starts, engagement and scroll. Google Signals, advertising personalisation, remarketing and User-ID are OFF.
Measurements, areas, quantities, margins, yield, prices, costs, currency, local labels, field contents and results are excluded. If Enhanced Measurement, a future event or a third party captures a field, measurement, result, cost, local label, free text or sensitive URL, Analytics will be disabled pending correction and review.

Google Analytics retention
GA4 event and user data retention is configured for 2 months. Standard aggregated Google reports may not follow that period; cookies and processed data also follow service settings and terms.
Accept, refuse and withdraw
Acceptance is optional; refusing or ignoring does not prevent calculator use. The permanent “Privacy and cookies” control allows acceptance without backfill, refusal, or withdrawal. Withdrawal is prospective: it blocks new loads, removes the local preference, attempts to delete known GA cookies and reloads the page. It does not cancel a completed request or automatically erase data already received by Google.
AdSense, consent message and ads.txt
AdSense registration and ownership verification exist, a Google consent message is configured and ads.txt is published, but the site is under review. Public adverts are OFF: no ad-serving script, slot or advertising cookie is loaded. Verification and ads.txt do not mean approval, endorsement or ad serving.
Before public advertising, this policy and consent interface will disclose providers, purposes, cookies, retention, transfers and choices; activation requires Google approval, Legal, UX, Security and QA review, and specific human authorisation.
Sharing and international transfers
After opt-in, Google and its infrastructure may process permitted technical data and events in other countries. The host/CDN processes delivery and security data. We do not sell or share calculator values or results.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request confirmation, access, correction, deletion, objection or restriction, portability where applicable and withdrawal, and may complain to the competent authority. Use Privacy contact and provide only the minimum necessary. We may confirm minimum elements to respond securely, without asking for passwords, banking details or project content by default.
Children
The site is not directed to children and does not request age. If child data processing becomes known, Analytics and advertising will remain OFF pending specific review.
Changes to this policy
We will update the date and review this policy before material changes to purposes, events, Enhanced Measurement, cookies, retention, providers, advertising, personalisation or transfers. A new choice will be requested where required. Route locale does not determine visitor jurisdiction; where region cannot be known without additional collection, the more protective approach applies.
